Basically my mom and my mom’s elder sister are Christian. My mom got married to a Hindu guy and Her elder sister got married to a Muslim guy.
Now ,
My mom = Hindu
Her Mom = Muslim
Me = Hindu
She = Muslim
I just want to know if i can marry my mother’s sister’s Daughter?……but jus! *General Knowledge* … Many say no and some say yes…i want answerz legally and in religious way.
But i already know we cant as per hindu religion and legally. But in Islamic we can… This is complicated…HelP?

Well in some societies, castes, in India, it is an accepted norm to get first cousins married if they are on the mother’s side as your relation is.
It all depends on you and the girl. If you have feelings of caring, respect and responsibility towards each other, then go ahead but with the blessings of your family elders.
Just keep in mind to get both your blood groups tested before you marry and get advise from a well known doctor, as in some cases there are chances of deformity in the children born of some of these close knit marraiges within the family, but I hope you don’t have any such problem in your case, if you truly love each other. Just remember, marraige is a sacrifice in which you have to put more into the relationship than you get out of it, if you want your marriage to be a success.

Your Aunt’s daughter, which would make her your first cousin. Legally, it would depend on what state you lived in, which surprisingly is legal in most states.

Hey man i’m happy to see ‘unity in diversity’ in your family. But how can you marry your Mothers sister daughter. What ever religion your mother or your mother’s sister may marry but they are still sisters and how can you just think to marry that girl… Really that is not good… Just think.. It is actually illegal in some states, but not all. However, it is generally not accepted in western culture. In some states it is illegal. It is generally felt that marrying a relative can cause genetic defects.

There’s nothing legal or illegal in marrying as far as you both are major.
I would only consider illegal if you ask for dowry or you planning something wicked.

If you’re living in the US or some other Western country, then no, you can’t marry her. She’s your cousin.

Whatever the religion may be you are not allowed to marry your cousin sister. If you attempt it you will invite problems in future for you and your all relatives. According to Hindu religion one can not re-enter into Hindu if got married with the people of other religion. So in this case your father is only Hindu not your mother.
